These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "you", or "your") and CWDBet (hereinafter "CWDBet", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and live casino platform accessible at cwdbet.buzz.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gambling Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration with CWDBet.
• "Balance" means the total monetary value held in a User's Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonuses, less any amounts wagered or withdrawn.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a sum of money staked by a User on the outcome of a sporting event, casino game, or other gambling activity made available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a User subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before a User may withdraw funds.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to, or use of, the Platform is restricted or unlawful.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with CWDBet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are aged 21 years or older. CWDBet operates a strict 21+ policy in accordance with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards.
2. You are a natural person — corporate entities may not register as Users.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
4. You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
5. You have not been self-excluded from the Platform or previously had an Account terminated by CWDBet for breach of these Terms.
6. You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of CWDBet or any affiliated entity.

CWDBet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification such as a Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred contact number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

CWDBet maintains a single-account policy. Each individual may hold only one registered Account. In the event that duplicate accounts are identified, CWDBet reserves the right to close all but the earliest-created account and to void any associated wagers and bonuses.

Before processing any withdrawal, CWDBet may require the User to complete a full KYC verification process, which typically includes:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport);
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill (e.g., TNB, Syabas) or bank statement from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or another recognised institution, dated within three (3) months;
• A selfie photograph of the User holding their ID document;
• Proof of payment method where required (e.g., a screenshot of an e-wallet account matching the registered name).

Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. CWDBet may request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, including any activity by a third party who has accessed your Account with or without your authorisation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must notify CWDBet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

The Platform and all content contained therein are provided on an "as is" basis. CWDBet makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen downtime may occur without advance notice.

CWDBet accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels, subject to availability:

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be reversed. CWDBet reserves the right to request verification of any payment method.

CWDBet does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges, for which CWDBet accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to platform policy and technical constraints. CWDBet reserves the right to apply a matching-method withdrawal policy to mitigate fraud and money-laundering risk.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are subject to the satisfactory completion of KYC verification as outlined in Section 4. Processing times are as follows:

• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically within 5–30 minutes of approval;
• Bank transfer (DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): typically within 1–3 business days;
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: subject to on-chain confirmation times.

CWDBet reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, breach of these Terms, or as required by applicable regulatory obligations.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, or game category. In the event of any inconsistency between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

Key general rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. CWDBet does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except where expressly permitted under sport-specific rules or where a manifest error has occurred.
• CWDBet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — for example, where incorrect odds have been published due to a technical fault — and to refund the stake to the User's Account balance.
• In-play betting odds are subject to rapid change. The odds displayed at the time of bet submission may differ from those at confirmation. CWDBet's displayed confirmation odds shall be the binding settlement odds.
• CWDBet covers major sporting events including the EPL, UEFA Champions League, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, NBA, and other international competitions. Market availability is subject to change.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account. CWDBet reserves the right to limit stake amounts or restrict markets for individual accounts without prior notice.

CWDBet offers promotional bonuses and incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be made available at the time the promotion is announced.

General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered within the stated validity period. Expired Bonus Funds will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, device, or IP address.
• CWDBet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse or exploit promotional offers — including through multiple accounts, collusion, or any other method — will result in the immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to permanent account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Opening or maintaining more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, technical faults, or pricing anomalies for financial gain ("advantage play" as specifically prohibited by CWDBet);
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of game or event outcomes;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that facilitates illegal activity;
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party where that third party is ineligible to hold an Account;
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party;
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or identity verification.

CWDBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• CWDBet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct;
• The User has provided false or unverifiable identity information;
• The User has been identified as a problem gambler or has requested self-exclusion;
• CWDBet is required to do so by a regulatory body or law enforcement authority.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any withdrawable balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable verification procedures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CWDBet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform;
• Technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond CWDBet's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials;
• Errors in published odds that are subsequently voided;
• Any reliance on information, content, or materials published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit CWDBet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of CWDBet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational gambling purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of CWDBet.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CWDBet holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this section prevents CWDBet from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

CWDBet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, CWDBet will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.
